- Double running time and only 1/3 weight: Shentec 24 V 100 Ah LiFePO battery supports 100% DOD (2560 Wh), the 24 V 100 Ah lead battery system of two 12 V 100 Ahv only supports 50% DOD (1200 Wh). 21 kg heavy 24 V battery runs 6 hours at 400 W load, while 60 kg lead battery system lasts only 3 hours. 1/3 weight makes LiFePO4 battery easier to install and move for more applications.
- BMS protection and IP65 waterproof: lithium battery 24 V 100 Ah has a built-in 100 A BMS (battery management system) to protect it from overcharging, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit with excellent self-discharge. The built-in high temperature shut-off prevents charging above 65°C. Without memory effect, the battery can be used immediately after charging, regardless of its condition. The LiFePO4 battery is IP65 waterproof.

- LiFePO4 battery life: 24 V LiFePO4 100 Ah deep cycle batteries lasts up to 10 years. It is 3.3 times the 3 year life of the lead battery. If you want to use a system with 2560Wh usable capacity for 10 years, you will need at least 12 x 12 V 100Ah lead batteries.
- Cycles and stable load operation: LiFePO4 battery 24 V supports up to 15000 cycles, the lead battery supports up to 500 cycles. Then a LiFePO4 battery cycles are equivalent to 30 pieces lead batteries. LiFePO4 batteries have a more stable output voltage than lead-acid batteries. More stable and longer when powered by a LiFePO4 battery, LiFePO4 battery can be recycled better.

To obtain a replacement battery, you must present your original battery to an IB Authorized Warranty Dealer or All Battery Center Store that has an appropriate replacement battery in stock. That dealer will have a reasonable time to test your original battery and, if defective, replace it according to the terms of the limited warranty. Please note, the battery must be fully-charged at the time of testing.

Yes. A battery that swells and becomes hot to the touch is also a direct result of overcharging and can be very dangerous and even explode. Always use the correct charger when charging a car battery, and have it checked periodically by a specialist if charging must be done frequently. Pay attention to labels that indicate exactly how the battery should be charged; this helps eliminate overcharging and possible harm and injury.

How should I store my battery, when not in use?
Clean the battery case with baking soda and water and scrub the terminals with a wire brush. Check the water level and add water if needed. Test your battery with a hydrometer and/or a voltmeter to ensure the battery is fully charged. If needed, charge your battery. Check the water level and state of charge every 45-60 days. If needed, add distilled water and charge.
NOTES: Batteries stored in a discharged state are susceptible to freezing in cold weather and sulfation. A fully charged battery will not freeze unless the temperature reaches approximately 75° F (24° C) below zero. But if discharged, it can freeze at 15° F (-9° C).
